Opening Les Verts Sapins - Eyne in L'Indépendant
Last week the first section of the project Les Verts Sapins was inaugurated at the foot of the skiing tracks. The project comprises nine buildings each entailing twelve apartments. It was a big event for the Dutch property developer Pierce & Elliot who travelled all the way down to France in order to attend the inauguration. Among the invited guests were The Dutch consul in Perpignan, Franck Ramonatxo, the architect of the whole project, Claude Guillaumet and the initiator of the project Gerard Giroud who all took the opportunity to visit the witness apartments.
