Domaine de Lanzac Holiday Park

Pierce & Elliott is building holiday homes on 48 lots at the Domaine de Lanzac Holiday Park in the Dordogne. The homes and the park offer every conceivable facility for a delightful, relaxed holiday. Construction of the homes is in full swing and was ready for rental in the summer of 2008. The entire project will be completed in the course of 2009.

 

Peace and tranquility in the heart of the Dordogne

Four types of homes are being built in Domaine de Lanzac. The surface areas of the cottages range from approx. 90 m2 to 135 m2, with the lot size between 205 m² and 404 m². The lots will be delivered with all connections such as telephone, drinking water, electricity and sewage system. The park offers facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, squash court, game hall, entertainment, restaurant and bar. The park is situated in picturesque Lanzac, close to the village of Souillac (approx. 4,500 inhabitants). The village has all the necessary shops such as supermarkets, bakeries and butcher shops, as well as clothes shops, bicycle rental and a hairdresser. It also has a beautiful old centre with an impressive 12th century basilica.

 

The cottages and villas

The flats are furnished with a high-quality interior package, especially designed for this project. The kitchen is fully fitted, with a cooking plate, microwave and dishwasher and a full set of dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. are included.

 

Rental return

This park also offers excellent opportunities as an investment, with fixed returns of 6% that can increase to at least 11%! VAT refund is possible. Net returns from the rental organization include all costs. The property can be resold. For optimal return, however, 5 to 9 years should be taken into consideration. Capital gain is entirely for the owner minus tax.
