As you possibly know we are busy constructing 11 luxurious villa's on the project Les Clos de la Garonette in the village of Les Issambres in the Provence-Côte d'Azur.
Les Issambres is located at the seaside in the Gulf of St. Tropez, close to St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice. Situated between St. Raphael and St. Maxime it is a very peaceful spot. The project Les Clos de la Garonette lies 800 metres from the Mediterranean Sea.
On this beautiful spot we still have place for 12 semi-detached villas , the so called Bastides. The quality of the villas is of a high standard. We are using durable materials like natural stone and massive wood. Of course, all villas are provided with airconditioning. The plot surfaces vary from 212 to 746 m², the habitable surfaces from 115 to 120 m² and the prices from € 548.000 to € 688.000. A private swimming pool can be arranged for several plots.
