Project developer Pierce & Elliott Real Estate has a varied offer of projects in the Languedoc-Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and Dordogne regions in the south of France.
Pierce & Elliott Real Estate is a division of the French Investment Group. Pierce & Elliott Vacances and French Investment Projects are also divisions of this Group. French Investment Projects initiates issues exclusively for projects that are developed within the French Investment Group. Pierce & Elliott Vacances handles the management and rental of the properties in cooperation with tour operators Vrij Uit, a division of Thomas Cook, and Vacanceselect, among others.
Pierce & Elliott Real Estate offers fixed rental returns and can organise your VAT refund, so your own contribution is minimal. High total returns can be generated in combination with the appreciation of property in the areas in which the organisation is active.
