The different apartment styles each have a high degree of quality and luxury. Everyone who bought an apartment was also entitled to buy one parking place in the car park on the ground floor. The building has six storeys with two apartments on each storey and a two-storey duplex, with partial sea views, was constructed at the back of the building. The size of the apartments ranges from 70 m2 to 90 m2, and include very spacious terraces. The apartment complex’s permanent residents are full of praise. From early spring (March) until late autumn (November), they enjoy the sun, the beaches, and everything else life in the Languedoc-Roussillon has to offer.
