The 18th-century castle ‘Château Le Liet’ is situated on a vast, forested estate. The castle itself - with its large hall, reception area and dining room - has nine very spacious en-suite hotel rooms. A number of historical-style apartments and interlinked holiday homes will be buildt on the château grounds. 70 houses will be completed in the near future.

The estate where the holiday homes are to be located will have a park-like appeal and the homes will be built in the same style as the château. There will be both an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool, as well as squash and tennis courts. The homes will have an area of approx. 75 m2 to 120 m2 and most will have two or three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. They will be equipped with all latest amenities. If you purchase one of these homes, you will not only own the home but also a piece of land around it; and you will own a share of the squash and tennis courts. The surroundings offer a wealth of tourist destinations. The most famous of these are the UNESCO monument Canal du Midi, the historic canal that links the Atlantic Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea and the medieval city of Carcassonne.
