Four holiday home styles are being built at Domaine de Lanzac. The surface areas of the bungalows vary from approx. 90 m2 to 135 m2,and the plot size ranges from 220 m2 to 580 m2. The delivery of the plots will include all the connections for telephone, drinking water, electricity and sewerage. The park offers facilities - such as swimming pools, tennis courts, an amusement arcade, a restaurant and a bar - and it is situated in picturesque Lanzac near Souillac (population approx. 4,500). Here you can find all the necessary shops, such as supermarkets, bakers and butchers; as well as fashion shops, bicycle hire and a hairdresser’s. The village has a charming old centre with an impressive 12th-century basilica.
