The village of Pézens is located on one of the ridges at the foot of the Pyrenees. Pierce & Elliott is building various types of detached villas on 27 plots (a combined area of approx. 22,000 m2) on the edge of this village. The construction of most of the villas has already started, and the whole project is expected to be completed by autumn 2009.

Live in luxury, close to Carcassonne

The Pézens villa project is located just 10 minutes from Carcassonne, the most beautifully preserved medieval town in Europe. The surface areas of the villas vary from approx. 65 m2 to 155 m2 and most plots have the option of a private swimming pool. The delivery of the plots of course includes all the connections for telephone, drinking water, electricity and sewerage. The usual amenities, such as a post office, bakery, butcher’s, greengrocer’s, small local shop and a place to eat are located in the village itself (population approx. 1,800). Large supermarkets can be found in Carcassonne.
